USA PATRIOT Act Disclosure:

In response to the events of September 11, 2001, the USA PATRIOT Act was signed into law, which requires that financial institutions obtain, verify, and record certain identifying information of customers at the time of account opening. These requirements are aimed at combating money laundering and terrorism.

How does this affect you?
